European CBD Propaganda Strikes Again

This past June, Sweden‘s highest court ruled that CBD (cannabidiol) oil must not have any concentration of THC. CBD oil with even the slightest concentration of THC is now considered a narcotic.

As of July in the Netherlands, CBD oil in vaping form has been made illegal by the Dutch government.

Italy, where you can possess hemp flowers containing up to 0.6% THC, has ruled that selling concentrates and extracts from the plant is illegal.

Slovakia has completely banned CBD in any form. The government considers CBD to be a psychoactive narcotics, and lists it under “2 Group”.

Could this be Pharma trying to keep control of the European market? We will keep you posted!
