A few months back, we learned that Major League Baseball (MLB) was no longer going to test for natural cannabinoids. Recent news has uncovered that even though MLB players are now allowed to light up the herb, they are not aloud to receive endorsement deals with any cannabis brand.

Unfortunately for brands like Canopy Growth, MLB players are off limits for celebrity endorsements. So if you have a cannabis brand, don’t think about phoning up Los Angeles Dodgers Mookie Betts, New York Mets Jacob deGrom, or New York Yankees Gerrit Cole to represent your brand.
