Kushy Punch is a leading cannabis brand known for its premium-quality edibles, concentrates, and infused products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to expand our retail presence and drive sales in Erie County and surrounding areas, including Buffalo, Syracuse, Rochester, Albany, , and Utica.
Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in developing and managing dispensary accounts, increasing sales, and strengthening brand presence within your assigned territory. You will work closely with retail partners and execute strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new retail accounts while strengthening relationships with existing dispensary partners.
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with dispensary buyers, managers, and budtenders to optimize sell-through.
Product Education & Training: Conduct in-store training sessions and demos to ensure dispensary staff is knowledgeable and excited about Kushy Punch products.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and drive product visibility.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth.
Order Management: Facilitate orders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure on-time deliveries to retail accounts.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all activities adhere to state cannabis regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven sales experience in the cannabis, beverage, CPG, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of the cannabis industry, market trends, and state regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory for client meetings, store visits, and events.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
