How does an 8 year old win $200 worth of cannabis products?
Last week Keith Redl tells CTV News, “My grandson thought he won a great prize”. The former police officer was shocked when he discovered the contents of the prize won at Dawson Creek Minor Hockey Association. The raffle was sponsored by Canadian cannabis dispensary Star Buds and contained infused edibles, flower, concentrates, a silicone bubbler, along with other 19+ products, totalling over $200.

According to the rules and regulations of both British Columbia Hockey and Standard Procedures, as well as the British Columbia Gaming and Policy Branch, no penalty has been been broken. No one will even see a 2 minute minor!
