Coffeeshops continue to enforce new measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
ALL COFFEESHOPS HAVE BEEN SHUTDOWN BY GOVERNMENT ORDER AS OF 6PM ON SUNDAY 15 MARCH 2020.
Grey Area Coffeeshop in Amsterdam announced yesterday that it will remain closed until further notice. More Amsterdam coffeeshops follow suit, taking precautionary measures. Coffeeshop Solo informs its customers, “we regret to inform you that due to the recent increase of the cases of COV19 through Europe and The Netherlands, we decided to stay open ONLY for TAKE AWAY orders”. Other Coffeeshops are on high alert of a complete shut down. Catch 33 posts on Instagram, “get your Weed before it runs Out and the Shops close”.
We have some more updates from around the Netherlands, which lead us to further believe that we will soon see a complete shut down of coffeeshops. Grass Company in Tilburg tells Audio Kush, “we will be open for customers who want to take out some cannabis for at home”.
