Greenlane EU are looking for 3 interns to join forces with our team of dynamic Brand Managers!
Who are you?
You are studying towards a degree in Marketing or a related field
You have experience with marketing strategies, brand management, product implementation, and related areas
You are rigorous and you have a logical mind; you have excellent writing skills and you are not afraid to process data in bulk.
You understand the importance of creating a strong brand presence and you are aware of marketing fundamentals
You have the ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Dutch, German, French, Spanish and/or Italian is a plus
You have a positive mindset
You enjoy a challenge and are eager to learn
What you are going to do
Support the Brand Managers in their mission to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans to develop sales, build brand equity, and increase awareness of Greenlane’s growing product line in Europe.
Your key tasks will include assisting the Brand Managers to:
Manage the brand marketing budgets.
Implement and facilitating pan European marketing strategies.
Develop promotional programs to develop sales and build brand equity.
Develop, manage and measure European consumer facing communications initiatives in line with pre-established objectives.
Develop and prioritise European third party agencies action plans and overseeing the successful implementation of their activities.
Track, assess and re-deploy (best practice transfer) successful local/regional initiatives that deliver brand goals in line with brand strategy, combining compliance with global strategy and European relevance.
Facilitate corporate partnerships and sponsorships and manage the activation of these programs.
Identify and provide recommendations on customer, consumer and market opportunities.
Develop and implement go to market plans teaming up with channel marketing leads, and other stakeholders to execute.
Identify and implement processes to strengthen communication, improve efficiencies, and increase brand knowledge in marketing and other departments.
Liaison with media and external communications providers.
Develop in conjunction with brands and channel marketing managers promotional materials including digital and collateral pieces to support marketing programs
Monitor, review and report on brand activity results
Requirements Creative mindset
Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
G-Suite experience, and any other Marketing or online platform experience is advantageous
Studying towards a degree in Marketing or related
Fluent in English (Dutch and other languages are advantageous)
Excellent communication skills
Eager to learn
Based in Amsterdam
Available at least 32h per week
