We are thrilled to extend an enticing opportunity for the role of Brand Ambassador at Raven’s View Genetics. In this dynamic position, you will serve as a key player in actively promoting and selling our diverse range of cannabis products to dispensaries and other essential stakeholders. Your dedication and expertise will be instrumental in cultivating connections and driving the success of our cannabis sales initiatives.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales and Growth:
Generate sales for every dispensary partner.
Identify new sales opportunities and potential partnerships.
Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensaries, event organizers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs and preferences.
Brand Ambassadorship:
Act as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic representative of our cannabis products.
Educate customers and dispensary staff on the benefits, features, and proper usage of our products.
Address any questions or concerns and ensure dispensary staff are well-informed about our products.
Product Delivery:
Safely and efficiently deliver cannabis products to events and dispensaries.
Ensure accurate and timely product distribution to meet customer demands.
Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities , customer interactions, and market insights utilizing reporting and software systems provided by the company.
Adherence to Regulations:
Adhere to all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies related to the cannabis industry.
Professional Development:
Regularly attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance professional development, stay informed about industry trends, and contribute to team collaboration and success.
Skills & Requirements:
Previous sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to adhere to all legal and safety regulations in the cannabis industry.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Compensation:
For this role, commission is set at 10% of gross sales. Performance will be evaluated on predetermined sales targets and may vary depending on the territory and product portfolio.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $5,000.00 per month
