Job Description: Marijuana Budtender
Are you passionate about the cannabis industry and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products that best meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their preferences and needs
- Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks of different cannabis products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge
- Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale of cannabis products
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Previous experience in technical sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Familiarity with state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products
