Duties / Responsibilities
You are responsible for coordinating the daily activities, both for the bar, the service and the kitchen
You ensure a good and balanced planning and you keep track of the schedules and days off
Motivate and stimulate your team for good cooperation and to welcome and serve the guests of The Bulldog in the right way
You take care of the (financial) administration
You monitor compliance with personnel policy, collective labor agreement, working conditions and HACCP legislation
You are responsible for the margins to be achieved and business economic targets Job requirements
Minimum MBO+ work and thinking level, preferably towards catering / hotel school
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a managerial position
You have very good communication and written skills (Dutch and English)
Command of a third language is an advantage
In possession of a BHV diploma and Social hygiene
You are expected to be present at least 4 days a week on varying shifts
You have an entrepreneurial attitude, know how to tackle, are open and enthusiastic in your communication, creative and think along
You know how to motivate and stimulate people to get the best out of themselves
You have a personal and active approach to (external) contacts and you can empathize well
You are able to keep an overview, you know how to deal with changes or challenges in a practical way and you can act decisively
You give The Bulldog a warm heart, you have a welcoming and representative attitude and you know how to radiate this out
You have a strong and representative personality
