The Cannabis based pharmaceutical market is one of the most exciting and strong growing new segments in the OTC and ethical pharma market in Europe. Echo Pharma (EP), founded in 2007 is a growing pharma company based in the Netherlands focusing on the development and production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) derived from Cannabis. EP has already 4 products commercially ready and 10 patent families to develop a broad portfolio catered towards the OTC as well as the Rx market, supported by a number of clinical studies. The company is in the process of ramping-up its production base both in the Netherlands and Germany to fulfill the strong customer demands and is ready to take the next stage of its development. The next step in the development of EP is the rapid commercial exploitation of the existing patent and product portfolio in conjunction with industry partners and the expansion of the existing production capacity to meet the strongly growing market demand of its active substances for the OTC market in Europe and abroad.

Work closely with key stakeholders, core management team
Research and identify prospective partners and clients
Represent the company to potential partners, clients, potential investors and the public
Facilitate cross-functional communications across all platforms
Attract, retain and develop strong talent
Strong entrepreneurial drive and skills
10-15 years of leadership experience
Experience working in a regulated environment preferably in Europe
Experience in Sales & Marketing Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Supply chain
Demonstrated skills in analyzing business needs and project management
Proven track record of handling budgeting, planning and financial forecasting processes
Strong network to potential alliance partners in the pharmaceutical industry
Proven track record of successful collaboration and partnership projects in the pharmaceutical or medical industry
Impacting leadership skills to effectively coach, mentor and develop team members
Strong analytical, creative problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
Hands-on, hard work attitude
Fluent in English
