Gage Cannabis, Co (USA) is on a mission to become the leader in the cannabis segment for Cultivation, Processing and Provisioning. The company's world-class cannabis team produces indoor cannabis that is hydroponically grown in small batches with a focus on premium quality.

Work with the Marketing team to create and implement targeted marketing and communications efforts. Coordinate workflows across all aspects of the business. Collaborate on the development of engaging and informative content, ensuring consistent brand message.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Aid in coordination of both short and long-term marketing plans.
Own various marketing initiatives that support the overall marketing strategy.
Produce written and visual PowerPoint reports related to marketing activities.
Work within the Company’s sales and marketing CRM, as well as other various digital tools.
Manage schedules, action items, communications and deadlines.
Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to pass a criminal background check.
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields preferred.
2+ years’ experience in marketing, event planning, promotions or related experience in a corporate environment.
Highly proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Candidate must be data and results driven.
Experience using a CRM highly preferred.
Experience with marketing digital tools highly preferred.
Experience working in a SCRUM/AGILE project management environment highly preferred.
Experience working with WordPress highly preferred.
Must have great people skills and work well in a team environment, with excellent communication (written & verbal) communication skills.
Function in a fast-paced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines.
Work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
