Sales Manager
You will be responsible for driving the sales and trade marketing of the “PF” portfolio, with the objective to contribute to optimal growth in value and volume of the brand and profitability of the organization. You will be in a pivotal position between our brand, sales, eCommerce and external agencies.
With the omnichannel approach, Pure Functionals distributes through multiple channels. In your role you bring strategic and hands-on experience supporting sales from Retail to eCommerce. You will report to the Commercial Director

Responsibilities:
Delivering profitable and sustainable sales growth
Research and win new business
Manage account plans & budget
Executing all promotional plans for product portfolio and actively participating in the trade marketing journey
Liaising cross-functionally with NPD, Category and Marketing
Building strong relationships with customer and key stakeholders
Keeping up with key category trends, identifying new business opportunities and recommend new products – turning insights into action
Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
Analyze and advise on periodic reports on the performance of the brands and market data, including AC Nielsen / IRI data
Qualifications for Sales Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree level, at least HBO level education
Min 2 years commercial background ideally from within either the FMCG, Distributor, eCommerce or Retail environment
Account management experience at Regional or National level
Competency in English/fluent in Dutch both written & verbal
Evidence of successful commercial negotiations & consumer marketing execution
Ability to create and deliver presentations
Knowledge of the Dutch and preferably international FMCG marketing and sales channels with the focus on Online sales
Digital savvy, experienced with social media, influencer & affiliate marketing, SEO/ SEA, eCommerce
Good verbal and writing skills in English, preferably also Dutch
Proficient on MS Office, Word, Excel & Powerpoint with WordPress, Photoshop an advantage
