This past June, Sweden‘s highest court ruled that CBD (cannabidiol) oil must not have any concentration of THC. CBD oil with even the slightest concentration of THC is now considered a narcotic.
As of July in the Netherlands, CBD oil in vaping form has been made illegal by the Dutch government.
Italy, where you can possess hemp flowers containing up to 0.6% THC, has ruled that selling concentrates and extracts from the plant is illegal.
Slovakia has completely banned CBD in any form. The government considers CBD to be a psychoactive narcotics, and lists it under “2 Group”.
