RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring all marketing material is in line with our brand identity
Responsible for all aspects of Brand Management – engage customers / consumers and build brand equity across Social, Digital, Website development, grassroots events locally and all relevant platforms to allow maximum reach
Oversee a team of marketing specialists
Own creative development for packaging and digital content
Support innovation by creating successful launch campaign for new products
Participate in pricing strategies to meet market and profitability goals.
Work with sales team to ensure branding messages are clear and aligned
All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
B.S. / B.A. degree in Marketing required
Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager, in Retail preferred
Strong brand building foundation is a must
Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
Strong leadership skills with a talent for conflict resolution
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Strong analytical and project management skills
Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong relationship building skills
Strong customer service orientation
“Hands On” management style
