Northern Nights in California is the first music festival to permit the sale and usage of recreational marijuana on-site. It has established itself as a focal point for normalizing cannabis culture, creating trends for the music event industry with its Tree Lounge concept. Now, Northern Nights expands its on-site cannabis dispensaries, offering multiple retail outlets at various stages within the festival grounds.
Remember those days when you would have to sneak in your stash in the most uncomfortable places? Well thanks to Northern Nights, that’s no longer necessary!
The 2022 Northern Nights Music Festival in Piercy, California, scheduled for July 15-17, will enable attendees to buy cannabis from several on-site pop-up dispensary vendors, much like any other festival concession or merchandise vendor.
Northern Nights 2022 edition will also include cannabis themed entertainment, such as an infused medicated dining and cannabis yoga.
In 2019, Northern Nights Music Festival featured some of the biggest names in the cannabis space, such as Cookies, Cannacraft, Jetty Extracts, Chemistry, Flow Kana, and Packwoods. Those for 2022 have yet to be revealed. With the aforementioned names plus the extra dispensary locations scattered across the festival grounds, Northern Nights is sure to go up in smoke!
Of course, music festival wouldn’t be complete without music. Claude VonStroke, TroyBoi, CloZee, and SNBRN will all be performing at Northern Nights 2022, amongst many others. More artist will be announced soon.
The music performers at Northern Nights will be spread across a number of stages. Its main stage, which features most headlining artists, is just a short walk from all campsites, allowing easy access for all festival attendees. The river stage may be one of the most unique stages at Northern Nights, which is set up for attendees to float on the water while enjoying music. Who doesn’t like a woods stage at a music festival? Northern Nights’ Groove Stage is tucked away in the Redwood forest. Among the other stages include a late-night Bunker Stage and a silent disco stage.
