Las Vegas Police Seize 5,700 Cannabis Plants in Multi Million Dollar Grow House Raid

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) seize 5,700 cannabis plants in a raid. The street value is roughly $8.6 million dollars!

On April 15, 2020, the Las Vegas SWAT Team entered the 4600 block of Judson Avenue with a search warrant. During their search, they found thousands of marijuana plants. The raid was part of a several month-long, multi-jurisdictional High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) Task Force investigation.

LVMPD state, “this is the largest indoor marijuana grow operation (based on plant count) within LVMPD’s jurisdiction”. The previously largest raid in Las Vegas was back in 2013, when 3,244 cannabis plants were seized by police.
